Why I Joined the Company

I previously worked in a completely different industry, but I wanted to work in a local manufacturing company. I joined a company tour at ISK, where I was impressed by the large-scale machinery and the engineers operating them. That experience made me strongly feel that I wanted to develop my skills here.

Rewards and Challenges of the Job

It has been 10 years since I joined ISK mid-career, and before I knew it, a decade had passed while I was fully immersed in my work. I enjoy working. While the job is not easy—it involves physical labor, getting dirty, and constant thinking—what makes it rewarding is seeing something take shape step by step through my own actions.
At ISK, you are given the opportunity to take on what you want to do.

Being able to challenge new things freely, and having those efforts recognized, has been a major motivation for me.

Head Office Factory (Iwata City, Shizuoka Prefecture)
Holidays
Two-day workweek (Saturday and Sunday), Golden Week, Summer Break, End-of-Year Holiday
※Annual Leave 115 days
Positions
Mold Finishing Experience, Machining Center Experience
Required Qualifications
Driver's license (AT only), 3+ years of practical experience
Salary
Consideration given to experience and previous salary
