In October 2024, we installed the MAKINO V99 machining center.

The V99 is ideal for machining medium- to large-sized molds and precision components that require a high degree of accuracy. It also provides efficient machining performance when working with high-hardness materials such as hardened steel.

The machine is equipped with MAKINO's proprietary spindle-core cooling and under-race lubrication systems, which help minimize thermal deformation during machining and reduce vibration at high spindle speeds. These features enable high-precision machining and excellent surface finishes.

In addition, the high-speed machining control system achieves both high accuracy and high productivity.
